"Kevin Krusenoski hands down is why I use State Farm. He delivers personalized service each time I have had to speak with him regarding my policy. I’m able to speak with him anytime I need to get in touch with his office and if he’s not available there’s always a follow up call within the same day or within 24 hours. It’s great to have an insurance agent who leaves me completely satisfied as a client and I appreciate his due diligence in making sure I’m taken care with any and all questions answered. "Never use state farm, they will drop you like a bad habit if you file a claim! Use USAA or Allstate, even sr-22 would be a better option than these clowns"
